Inclusion Stories is an Erasmus+ project, dedicated to recognising and promoting inclusive teaching practices in classrooms across six European nations. By identifying the 'Significant Changes' that truly matter, we show how small shifts in daily practice lead to a total transformation for every student. This project is all about dismantling invisible barriers and challenging unwritten rules.
